Financial barriers must never obstruct creative participation. All disabled filmmakers, visual artists, and photography workshop candidates participate 100% free of charge.

Short Film
Filime Ngufi Up to 40 minutesNarrative fiction, live-action drama, comedy, and experimental shorts with authentic disability representation on or behind the camera.
Feature Film
Filime Ndende Over 40 minutesFull-length cinematic fiction exploring deep character journeys, human dignity, romance, and societal transformation.
Documentary Film
Filime Mbarankuru Short & Feature LengthCompelling non-fiction illuminating disability rights, cultural realities, everyday triumphs, and lived experiences in Rwanda and beyond.
Participate in Art Exhibition
Showcase your visual art, paintings, sculptures, crafts, and photography during the 3 festival days (Dec 15–17, 2026) at RP ICT Innovation Center in Kigali. Free exhibition booths and setup assistance provided for disabled artists.
